Function
Exhaust gas from the vacuum pump enters the filter inlet and passes through the fine‑pore filter elements, which separate oil mist.The gas then flows through the stainless steel wire‑mesh element to capture remaining large oil droplets.Oil-free exhaust gas is released through the outlet, while collected oil accumulates in the filter base.
